Like many organizations, I have chosen to name the year, but not as a slogan or a feel-good exercise. I call this year Transform 2026.
This is not a “nice to have.” It is closer to a mandate.
Transformation is no longer optional. We must deliberately change key aspects of our personal lives and our organizations. That means rethinking and reshaping our strategy, processes, people, technologies, systems, and ultimately our outcomes.
To transform is to change something fundamentally, altering its form, nature, and essence into something new and better. Think of metamorphosis: a complete shift, not a surface adjustment.
With that focus, my Top 5 Transformation Initiatives for 2026 are:
